Jesus is the 'true light' (John 1:9) and 'the light of the world' (John 8:12). When Jesus said " You are the light of the

world . . . " (Math 5:14) He was not replacing man as the true light. Jesus was saying that Bible doctrine (accurately taught from His revealed Word in the Holy Scriptures) resident in the frontal lobes of believer-priests would help them to "see" what is truth and what is false.

Without knowledge of Scripture no one can know truth. Feelings do not reveal truth.

Why do Eckhart Tolle, Bouddha, Osho, Krishnamurti and a long etc. never replied to all the things people mistook or got wrong or simply didn't believe in? They don't need to. The lies have to be reminded: this guy is reminding you, don't forget the lie because it could fall apart one day. Truth doesn't need to talk to you or convince you, you rather go find it yourself without a call from stupid people like this guy.

I have rarely heard christan people defending their religion by using historical facts or scientific evidence. Why is that? what do history and science mean? Do christan hate the truth or the truth hate them?

Thank you for defending Chrisianity. Many people will follow Oprah because they 'like' her, it's easy and it feels good. They don't really think. Being a Christian isn't easy, it requires thought and it doesn't always feel good at the moment. Oprah seems to have meditated more on her feelings and not much on scripture. We must pray that she will experience and accept The Holy Spirit.

I thought that "religious people" don't need to defend something which is "the ultimate Truth". Deep inside, the lies need to be told and retold not to forget them. You say God but saying is not knowing, you don't know who you are, who God is. Nevertheless, you keep defending from "the others" who, by the way, are also a creation of your God.

There is an excellant discussion on stushie.wordpress, about "A New Earth Chapter 1 " scroll down the page till you see the heading , it is showing a Christians and a "follower of Tolle's" thoughts, about his book. Also there is a site called "Kjos Ministries" which has articles and charts about Eckharts teaching and also Oprah and her classes. The truth is out there if you want to be discerning, and find it.
