if it doesn't work.........go on command prompt put shutdown -i but for this u must now their ip address or just for fun u want to shutdown somebody else computer first go to cmd>tracert>"website name">and copy one of those ip address and put it on the shutdown -i one

u can only shutdown another computer from urs only if their are connected in some kind a network(workgroup)
