@bonhak well i dont mean hit the ground, what i like to do is the second i feel the ground i like to explode off that leg it really helps with my power.
@czoraa21 Ey theo, before you tell others how to dance you should know how to dance yourself, or at least the principles. It's pretty obvious this is a sprinter: hence, he's specifying his lunges to that sport. Variation is key, and deep lunges would be well to do as well, but the lunges he does here reflects his running stride better, and therefore also activates the muscles used in running more appropriately.
I do, however, say amen to pulling those pants up. :P

Why are you guys saying bad form?? It looks good to me. His legs were at basically right angles at the knees, and his rear knee went fairly far down each time. He may have slanted a bit some reps with his back, but when you get tired, that's gonna happen...
Why Are you stopping in between rep's. Your only doing a 3/4th lunge. Just keep lunging continuously to failure. Much more effective and difficult. You may have to drop the weight. You are missing that trail leg-to-lead-leg power up.. Wonder if that was after squats?
Hurt to watch! Do you ever feel knee pain??? I used to do lunges but with a lot less weight back in highschool and I started getting bad knee pains after...

i have a tough time making my legs grow too and i squat better than most in my gym.
