just so you all know hold down ctrl whit alt at same time and click on " C " and you get up cheat window midas for 100 mill and number6 for all houses and concordia for non violent people but there aint any happy all code or other stuff xD

City Life 2008 is the last version of the game and tools (include City Life and City Life World Edition and more stuff).

You can create such building with : City Life 2008, City Life World Edition and City Life with "World Edition" Patch.
