How to downgrade 4.2.1 to and 4.x firmware WITHOUT SHSH BLOBS(windows)

OK i am on a iphone 3g on 4.2.1 and i want to downgrade to 4.0 with this guide.

But when i try to restore in pwnd DFU-mode i get error 21.

Ok I have done everything the document says, and now error 3194 is finally gone , but a new error comes up; 1600, and when I try to restore with redsn0w it just says it is restoring but the loading bar is not moving at all! what do I do??

can you please explain Then using the "SHSH blobs downgrade" method, downgrade your device successfully to any firmware you like.

I followed your guide, managed to downgrade and boot as tethered but when it booted i went to tinyumbrella but it couldnt save the 4.1 shsh, just said: "CYDIA DOES NOT HAVE YOUR SHSH FOR iPhone4 4.1 (8B117) THERE IS NO WAY FOR YOU TO GET THEM. SORRY. YOU ARE JUST TOO LATE"

@Bazzzzzaaaaaa I'm don't either apparently? I'm on firmware 4.3.2 atm and I want 4.1 so I can use n64iphone. Using this method I can get 4.1 without the shsh blobs saved? But after I tether how will I get the shsh blobs if 4.1 isn't being signed anymore? I tried saving my 4.3.2 shsh blobs and I can't even do that anymore, I'm guessing I was too late since 4.3.3 is out now..?

everything works except the reboot part. when i try to reboot nothing happens. i downgraded 4.2.1 to 4.1, then booted tethered with redsn0w

Uhm iTunes let my iPod Touch 4G go to 4.1 from 4.2.1, but TinyUmbrella is NOT letting me get the SHSH for 4.1. So unless I can get it, I might be screwed. All this for N64 >.>

Hi Baza! I didnt worked for me yet but I'm shure i got closer! I'm stuck on the fourth step when you say to shift restore on itunes with the tiny umbrella with TSS running. My iTunes insist its not the compatible firmware. I dont know what is wrong. My iPod is correctly on DFU and I ran everything as administrator.

It might be you're trying to install a firmware that your iPod isn't physically compatible with, like say the iPod touch 4G, it launched with 4.0.1, so it might be unable to run anything below that.

hey man I am trying to downgrade to 4.0.1 from 4.2.1 i tried exactly the way i's illstrated on ur doc. got to the step where I had to custom the 4x fw but this version of redsnow doesn recognize it and I cudn cum across any redsn0w for the version. Please advice if I am missing anything.
