Liked the series. I make Whole Wheat pizza crust as well, but I have to use store bought flour. Excellent video, my favorite among the many pizza crust videos here on YT.

I learned how to make from scratch pizza dough, how to skin and BBQ a squirrel also..so I guess I could make a homemade goat cheese, bbq squirrel pizza from scratch. Anyone got a bb gun?

That looks awesome! I didn't know the fork technique, looks like a lot less hassle than reaching in to pop the bubbles every couple of minutes.
