He didn't do his warmup vocal technique like he always does. He lost his voice at st. Anger and had to find a whole nw way 2 sing. He got vocal lessons and I would imagine that he does a lot of vocal techniques before his shows. This is the hall of fame so I don't think he had time to do them. Maybe I'm wrong but that's my opinion.

How Metallica aged. James can't sing right anymore. His voice has gone a long time ago.It's better that they start to play rock music, not metal, because of James voice.

James really struggles to sing, look at his face man. He lost part of his voice in 91/92. And its funny 'cause with his voice went the distortion of the guitars too. Let's stop trying to hide the obvious.

But after all these years i still love metallica for what they've done to music. If James had not fucked up his voice, he would had been one of the best vocalists of all times.

every lars hater says that Dave lombardo is better that lars because he is faster , but that isn't the definition of a good drummer , a good drummer is the one who armonics whit the song , imagine master of puppets whit very fast drumms, it will suck.

@revit15 dave is not only faster, he's better than lars and by far, lombardo can play in more styles, can do the drum rolls, have more fills and groove, and even in the tours of the big 4 lars said that take that shows on a competition way would be stupid because lombardo will destroy the other 3 drummers (but i think that a jam between lombardo and benante would be very tight)
