@WinVisten what? NT4 only have same GUI as 95 but its builded on OS/2 or newer Windows NTs. And older builds were builded on Vista but from build 7100 were on XP. And Vista on Server 2k3... WTF? But only two trues in your text are 98 was builded on 95 and Me on 98. And i dont know from what piece of shit Vista came but i know that: it isnt made from XP or NT (maybe 2000). Check windows versions map. (I have one yet.)

Build Fifty-forty-eight and newer use the same base as server 2k3.
build thirty-six-eighty-three through build forty-ninety-three are based off of RTM Xp.
There you go.
BTW, there are versions of NT that use the old ProgMan shell from Win3.0. (NT 3.1,NT 3.51.)
