This is based of the servant of evil

So Italy and Romano are twins but they are forced to take different roles, Italy the Prince, Romano the servant, one day Romano see's Spain and falls in love but Italy wants Spain dead because he stole Austria of him (i think), so Romano kills Spain but then Prussia comes after Italy thinking he killed Spain so Romano swaps places with Italy and gets killed instead

@Zilla10101042 What its basically saying is that Romano would do anything for Feliciano(Aka. Feli) and one day Romano falls in love with Spain but Feli selfishly has Romano kill Spain. Even so when Austria and im guessing thats Prussia comes to kill Feli, they trade clothes and Romano sacrafices himself for Feli. Its a very sad story if you understand it.

Plus Romano has very skewed way of thinking and emotional issues (You would too if your grandfather left you for your brother, were left with Austria who then dumped you onto someone else since he condisidered you helpless and that's not even mentioning the Mafia either) so with all that emotional drama he better suits Len since they both suffer.

the saddest part was probably when romano killed antonio(tears up) and then when romano was executed(and my dad comes in to ask me what the racked was about, he probably thought I was assaulted)

This makes the princes so angry that she(he) orders his servant to kill daughter of green (Spain)
