I agree with Warplan (above). The Carling Band of 1984/5 was among the greatest sounds that I've heard in fifty years of listening to New Orleans Jazz. It's impossible to keep your feet still. This band really swings. Please, don't EVER remove it from YouTube

Easy 5-star performance. Amazing how these northern Europe musicians have perfectly assumulated jazz expression. For me, 1984 was Hans Carling's best year. Rhythm section here is great.

Those Europeans have done it again. A superb version of this great tune. I am blown away by Hans' horn playing as well as the Soprano/Trombone solos.Of course Max is right on with his clarinet. Swinging all the way!!!
