Amanda è stata condannata senza alcuna prova. Questo è un fatto. Un qualsiasi tribunale americano l'avrebbe assolta perché la colpevolezza non è stata dimostrata. Purtroppo in Italia non vige il criterio del ragionevole dubbio. Amanda è stata condannata senza alcuna prova. Questo è un fatto. Un qualsiasi tribunale americano l'avrebbe assolta perché la colpevolezza non è stata dimostrata. Purtroppo in Italia non vige il criterio del ragionevole dubbio. Qui il primo che è indicato come colpevole dalla Procura viene di norma condannato, a meno che non sia egli stesso a provare la sua innocenza. In spregio alle regole del diritto. Spero nella sentenza d'appello, è una vergogna che questa ragazza debba stare in galera.

They are so obviously guilty! It's totally not about the police evidence, it's just everything: Why would they stand outside the house with a cleaning towel and the washing machine running - cleaning meredith's clothes, plus the police not even called yet (these were guys that arrived because of the cellphone found). I have read all reports and every detail, trying hard to fot her in as innocent - it's impossible. Too many weird details, a too small chance for all of them to be faked or wrong.

You are making statements about Italian legal system, do not bring any facts and then ask me to make some research. According to Italian law, any crime committed on Italian soil will be judged by an Italian magistrate. There are about 3000 Italians charged of any kind of crimes in the US but I do not even think about coming in between. If people do not like local system, law, rules or habits simply stay out.
