The best online pc shooter ever. The maps, the sound (not only guns, voices and explosions but eerie, memorable ambient noise), the music, the intensity. I won't soon forget the sense of adventure and camaraderie this game provided. Nothing topped being the last man standing at the hunt or a close quarters showdown at v2. Not to mention sniping at the bridge or at destroyed village on gloomy days. So many great players and so many moments of mesmerizing, magical gaming madness.

For me also, this was a period where I was still living at home and just had middle school to worry about. Now I'm done with college and have a full time job. This grand music is so very appropriate for such an affair as the Second World War. It's fairly reasonable to say that no conflict will ever come close to this one in terms of sheer magnitude. So much power at play, so many nations involved, so many lives impacted. Truly, a world war. Giacchino's done right by it.

Thoses were the days man! Allied Assault, Frontline, Spearhead, the original, are still unsurpassed IMO. The last MOH game I bought was MOH: RS and I'll regret it till the day I die. Because every WW2 Game I see is rampaging against Wehrmacht.

Anyways: Medal of Honor old series were great, CoD 1-2 were great. But Modern Warfare and things like that.... it's maybe just my personality but I would play with Half-Life 1 Instead of MW.
