@Angellafaye21 it will work on any form of vegas with the way most ppl do it. they either use Chroma Keyer, Mask Generator, of just lower the opacity bar.

Next if you want to use it with text u need to: Insert the sparkle in Sony Vegas/Insert text layer from "Media Generators" in registered Sony Vegas and write whatever you want in it. For using it with video there are many ways to use it.I'll tell you some:

@ElvenEmotion 1st way: Insert video in Sony Vegas/Insert sparkle in Sony Vegas/Put sparkle up to the video and change the layer options from "Source Alpha" to "Screen". When you make this the sparkle needs to apear on your video.

@ElvenEmotion 2nd way: Insert video in Sony Vegas/ Insert sparkle in Sony Vegas/ Create a mask to your video (You can make this by right-click to your video/Video event pan/crop.../ Pick mask in the left down corner and cut the character or something you want)/ Put your sparkle down to the video. Then you'll get something moving with great wall by the sparkle ^^ That's from me :P I hope i help you :3
