I really wish they would have put this scene in the movie. It shows the innocence on the inside of Tony, when you think he and his friends are just some drugged up, sexist, racist teenagers. It never fails to make me smile right when he does. :)
I never understood why this scene & Disco Duck were cut out of the movie....THEY ARE GREAT SCENES! the scene where his father gets a telegram stating that he got his job back...I could do without though!
The DVD contains 3 deleted scenes from the film. This is not one of them. This obviously is an over-the-air or basic cable broadcast of the PG version.
@relvis42 this was a very nice, touching scene. also i love this instrumental tune of " HOW DEEP IS YOUR LOVE" ? why didn't they release this track on CD ? it's a beautiful tune. love this movie.
@SoEightiesItHurts Could you please try posting it again, I never seen it before, and I would love to! Also, do you have the extended dance scene when he is dancing to "you should be dancing"? It was posted on youtube awhile ago from someone who taped it in South America, but then they removed it. I was in shock to see it, because I had no idea these scenes existed.... :D
@SoEightiesItHurts ...Blame Rick Dees....royalties for that song(such as they might be lol) are probably his only steady source of income these days...jk i think he still does alot of radio work something he was actually pretty good at compared to his "music career"

I always found this deleted scene a great set up to the later Tony-Stephanie, post-move scene. Thanks for the post!
