Dr. Mutwasze, overall, what is the absolute best and safest water to drink? I've heard arguments both for and against distilled water. I understand that the distillation process renders the purest form of water because it removes all minerals, both organic and inorganic. As such, the primary "allegation" against distilled water is that leaches minerals from your bones since none are in the water. However, there is no scientific evidence that supports this claim. Please advise. Thx!

Dr. M, there are some vendors/manufacturers that sell different kinds of devices to purify your own water. Though they may be expensive, they pay for themselves, after which it becomes much cheaper to own it than to continue buying such water from such stores. Are there any that you recommend?
