In my opinion they made a hidden track but designed it so the combination of tracks would be slightly off to give credence to whenever they can say we are all crazy and music is interpreted in its own way when they really are just messing with us in a way that is both creative and true to what they say, yet off from their own perspective...that's what I think.

This is cool, couple of really awesome moments, but Im pretty sure that they were never ment to overlap each other. The similarities in timing on the song only help the fact that most Tool songs have similar structures. This is kinda like the Led Zeppelin/Ozzy/Judus Priest controversys were everyone thought they were putting secret messages on there album, when in reality.. purely coincidence. Thats what Im saying this is... Still cool though.

Also, the strange voice is also the same backwards as it is foward. Many have interpreted it as "Assist Me" but that is false considering what I said first. It sounds exactly as it does: "A-SIS-A" In #'s : 1-19-9-91-1 (since its backwards, reverse the 2nd 'S' to 91) Thats all i gotz!!

I read something in the likes of Lost Keys/Rosetta Stoned/Intension/Right in Two and Viginti Tres being together as in, telling a story.

And what this story tells is the 'Message of hope' from Rosetta, which the person forgot. This message the Alien told him was relating to Human's purity at birth/creation (Intension), followed by a supposed 'purpose' being added to our existance (Right in Two). Here is the hope and warning.
