Well, the rear-lights, if you look really closely at 0:19, look a bit similar to the ones of a TVR. Ofcourse the makers of Burnout changed them a little bit, cause they didn't want to copy it too much.

u know ive noticed the each burnout game focuses on different things burnout three TAKEDOWN it focuses on the whole take down thing and how its new burnout revenge how it intros getting revenge on traffic ie the traffic chek modes and the revenge take downs and finally burnout dominator how it focuses on the more racing aspect ie the mainac and near miss modes and the super charge thingy this one looks liek it focuses on the cars koool i hope there is more 2 this one
