Our Sky plus original got fucked so my Dad phoned them for help, they said it was buggered so they offered him a free Sky HD with free HD channels for a year starting tommorow!!
This EPG is BRILLIANT! It takes a while 2 get used 2 it but be fair, so did the first sky epg. The search option is incredible, you can search by name, genre, sub-genre etc and find anything you want. I typed in LIVE then searched for SPORTS - FOOTBALL and it threw up every single Live Football Match for the next 7 days!! That's just sport, you can do it with movies, documentaries etc. and all whilst watching your favourite programme in a mini-tv on the EPG.
and channel 10510 Go to the add channels section , under services iirc , enter the frequency info as posted , save the channel .
Then navigate to the other channels section , cant remember where it is exactly . May be on the from tvguide page and select the channel from the list , although it'll be the only one if you have not already used it

If I stop paying the £10 a month for HD, will I loose this new TV Guide look?

The new guide can only be accesed by HD Customers only
Sky intends to create a new style guide for regular viewers soon

@HeWhoDarez Now the Guide is ony for the Sky HD Boxes. Hopefully Sky will launch a new guide for regular customers soon

@techfan42 ofcourse they wont launch a new guide for regular sky customers, they want them to buy the new sky+ hd box and pay that extra £10 a month.

No, it isn't brilliant. The old one was much better designed. The only thing it lacked the preview feature called the 'Mini TV'.

i prefer the old one, this one does look like a freeview box.
