You're right when you say that Olbermann's alma mater is irrelevant, but that was (probably) not the reason for Kucinich's posting.
Kucinich has his facts straight here.
Harvard Extension is not Harvard.
Cornell CALS (Olbermann's college) is not Cornell.
UC San Diego is not UC Berkeley.
Though Keith says he went to an Ivy League school, he did not.
The affiliate, CALS Cornell, is not an Ivy League institution.
The fact that Olbermann lies is the problem.
