Many Ultras in SF4 do 50% damage on a lot of characters. Remember, they are using level 2 Ultras which are more rare in an actual match. And they are being performed on 100% full health bars so there is no damage scaling. Besides, i'm assuming Juri won't have a ton of stamina so a heavy-hitter like T.Hawk will probably do more damage to her than most others.

Keep in mind that's when using their full ultra bars but it still seems like a lot. I hope they work really hard at balancing this

Not only is Juri's ultra overpowered at 50%, it looks like T. Hawk's is worse at 60%.

Jesus look how much damage T.Hawk's Ultra does, I thought they were gonna balance this game? Also that demonstration for Juri was awful, he just performed the same move over and over for 3 minutes.
