@muzimuzi ..I am not sure if you are serious or not but to answer your question. My NFL post stands for National Football League. The NFL has many tests that they use to test a prospective player for speed, strength, agility, power and awareness. For example they time your speed in the 40 yard aprint, test your verticle and broap jump,maximum number of reps with the weight of 225 lbs. The last one is what I am doing in this video. You can see some of my other tests if you search my name. :)

The bench is always tricky because some guys have big rib cages and short arms so they dont gotta move the weight so much like me. haha Im lucky! @therunescapepimp Thanks bro! To get the high reps in the 225 is all about training. If you change the way you train for this you or anyone can really improvce the amount of reps you do. Are you training for the 225 now?
@therunescapepimp I started training at the same age you are now. That is great you can get 1 plate on each side. Maybe you can try doing just a 35 on each side for 3-4 sets of 2-3 reps. This will help increase you single rep max. If your only 13 and lifting serious I think by the time you are 18 you will be a BEAST! Keep hittin the steel. God bless you!!

@AdangerousRETARD Thanks for the comment! When i was training for the 225 rep out ..I would do drop sets. Meaning I would would put 245 on the bar do that to faliure and then strip off 20 lbs from each side making the weight 205. I will do that to faliure.. then again strip the weight to 185 and rep out with that. I do all 3 sets with only the resting time it takes to strip the weights from the bar. This really improves your rep max. However, my max weight in the bench press went down

@egrover571 whats going on sir. To answer your question I just got back in to lifting. I am not in your class as of now. I am trying to build my raw bench back up but progress is slow. I also need to get back into shape and forcing myself to do cardio is always a chore. Anyway, keep at it, I have seen very few people your size as strong as you are. Many guys of similar build that go to the combine do not do as well as yourself on the bench press. God bless
I was always taught that when going for a max amount of reps full lockout was NOT ideal for muscle stamina in that particular set. Maybe if your doing the old school 5x5 workouts lockout is important. However I have seen the combine bench tests and this guy's technique is certainly legit. He has better form than a lot of the guys that just burn through reps and kill control and technique. Plus most of those reps were locked out. This man is for real. God helps those who help themselves.

When I watch the video I can see I came a lil short on some. I went to the NFL/AFL?CFL Elite combine and got 32 reps officially there which was the most total for all positions. I was really happy.
