I might try that cream liner. My eyes are really dry, so I have to use eye drops which then make my eyes too moist to keep the eyeliner on the bottom water line.

for my eyeliner, i use a 'soft khol makeup pencil', but before i use it; i put it on a lighter for about.. a little less then a second, and it goes blacker and stays on literally 24hours:)

@Beenana9 Eyeliner can go on your waterlne, but nly use a waterline safe eyeliner, otherwise it burns like a fudger for one, and it just comes right off (at least that is how it is for me)

Eyeliner is not supposed to be put on the waterline. Only above the top lashes or underneath the lower lashes.  You can get an awful eye infection from doing that. So far you have just been lucky. Also, it makes the eyes look smaller to do this type of lining.

makeup forever's cream liner is really great! it really doesn't smudge and it stays on for so long! tried it while swimming. the nice, clean, solid color stayed on. i use the aqua eyes pencil for the waterline though.

@KelPoepY I wear contacts and I put eyeliner on the waterline and the top lid (I actually find it difficult to line the lower lash line below the waterline instead of the waterline itself). It's completely OK to do this, as long as you don't get it all in your tear duct because sometimes the liner gets goopy in the corner and gets stuck.

Yes it gets on my contact sometimes. But if you blink it comes off and slides into your tear duct and you can get it out from there. It's fine, don't worry :)

I used this nd it smudged like CRAZY when my waterline isn't even that moist. The outer corner always smudges first and it gets under my eyes, very visible too. What I don't like about it is that even when I wear it for a short period of time with loose powder under my eyes, it still smudges. However, I like the MAC fluidline gel liner. I feel that it works better.

i have both a brush like that and the cream liner.

i have very water, sensitive eyes and i have found that this does run easily for me.

but for the top lash line it works very well. and the brush is just amazing. much better than those without the bend. it allows you to see what you are doing when you are doing you makeup in the mirror where as a straight brush your hand kind of gets in the way.

@apusama use a cotton ball or pad and damp it with makeup remover, and place it on your eyes and let it sit for about 15 sec and then slowly wipe it away til the surface makeup is gone.

and than if you need to take a cotton swab and wet it with water or makeup remover and gently remove makeup on you waterline.

I'd go for a brown, it makes blue eyes stand out.

If you want it to look less noticable then just use a lighter shade of brown.

You can also use a "blackest brown" masquera instead of intense blacks. they look WAY more natural. Just make sure you get your liner nicely into the lashes so you dont have to go right to the root of the lash to cover the blonde. Try using powder with a little water or mixing medium. I use water on a lil q tip or brow/thin angled liner brush with a teeny bit of power over the lash roots (like a liner but really into the roots) first then go with a dark brown or grey. Then masquera.

What I do is take a lighter and hold my eyeliner pencil on the flame for about 3 seconds and let it cool. It makes it go on very dark and stays on the water line for a very long time.

Yes, but I would let it cool for a few moments before you put it on your waterline. That way it doesn't burn you. I've noticed that the cheaper pencil eyeliners work the best. I just use a 99 cent one from Avon and it works great! Hope this helps :)
