  • Dhanashree Tillana in not necessarily a Kuchipudi item. It was composed by Maharaja Swathi Thirunal of Kerala and it is used by Bharatanatyam and Mohiniyattam dancers as well.

  • it will be so nice if u upload full video of this tillana

  • who sang this thillana in the version you used?

  • excellent please upload the entrire tillana video

  • Its Excellent. Is any body can upload the entrire part of this video clip rather than restricting to just 1 minutes?

  • Excellent choreo and very nice execution:)

  • чудесные музыка и танец. с этого концерта началась моя любовь к индийскому танцу :)

  • I do think Tillana Dhanashree is one of the most beautiful Kuchipudi dance items.

  • that's one of my favourite pieces!!!

  • Can you please put the whole thing...that would be really great.

  • Wow, I'm really impressed to see my South Indian culture conveyed in many different parts of the world. You are an excellent dancer, and I can say that with confidence after growing up around Carnatic Music and Kuchipudi dance. You are well versed, talented, and skillful dancer with appropriate expressions. I just recently performed this same thillana as an accompanying Tablaist in Raaga Dhanashree. It was definitely a wonderful experience.

  • The dances are awesome. Great job. Thanks Narthaki for the videos

  • awesome!

  • thank you. Actually they are very similar. Kuchipudi is more sensuous, I believe, Bharatanatyam is more symbolical and geometrical

  • Hi, doesn't it seem like Kuchipudi is a cross between Kathak and Bharatanatyam?

  • if you're looking for similarities, kuchipudi to me is stylistically a halfway point between Bharata Natyam and Odissi, maybe reflecting the same fact geographically - that Andhra Pradesh is the middle point between Orissa and Tamil Nadu, or Orissa and Karnataka.

  • hey wats da difference between bharthanatyam and kuchipudi. This is the first time i've actually seen kuchipudi. You're a very talented dancer. gud luk 4 da future.

  • Thank you!!!

  • I saw another one of your videos, with another dancer. You are amazing. I am really happy to see Indian culture coming from Russia, amazing!

  • you dance very well =)

  • yes, in Saint-Petersburg :)

  • WOW! all of this is in Russia? thats amazing.
