  • Tarantino, you are a fucking genius.

  • An interesting thing is that Jules credits God for the freak occurance while Vincent doesn't. Now everyone of us would do like Vincent and then get shot eventually, as he was leading a dangerous life. But the religious guy Jules who believes in a long bearded man up in the sky gets to live. Funneh.

  • @meNtor890 no-one believes that god is a long-bearded man in the sky. He is depicted that way in roman paintings because we are made in his image and he is essentially the oldest being. No-one ever said that, it is not writtin' anywhere that that is what i believe, so don't knock someones religion if you haven't done your homework amigo. i would never insult you for taking the faithless route you have. I wouldn't judge you for that. I'm sure of a reason, but I will judge you from your judgement.

  • @NoSevenProductions I said the the thing about a bearded man to strengthen my real point - that it's senseless to believe in God. Sure he can give comfort in hard situations and make us fearless of death. Still he's just made up as a reason to lightning strikes and floods and stars and the sun.

  • @NoSevenProductions read The God Delusion. Allow yourself to think.

  • @meNtor890 Good book. GOD is not Great is awsome too!!

  • and who says you have to finish school to be a genius and a god!

  • I think he should go back to this kinda work. Screw grindhouse and hostel. Back to Reservoir Dogs and Pulp! PS, I noticed he talks in the same way dialogue runs in his first couple movies (not counting true romance, so RD, PF, From Dusk till Dawn, Jackie Brown, and its still evident in movies like Grindhouse but not as much, which is sad, that was the strongest point of these movies IMO)

  • @FractalRaver he loves violence, and he didn't direct hostel or grindhouse he just worked on him because he thinks violence is so much fun to make on the screen,

  • @FractalRaver Well after Inglorious basterds you're still complaining?

  • everytime i watch this movie my mind is blown

  • pulp fiction is in the genre of so called "fate movies" where it's all about decisions and how they take effect on character's life (later on in the movie, which is masked really good in pulp fiction by not depicting stuff chronologically). this video pretty much explains the whole idea and how great (in the right hands) such a simple basis can work :D

  • Very interesting. Tarantino sure knows movies.

  • The best films generally don't have sequels: theres no Pulp fiction 2

  • lol I wonder if he has Asperger's Syndrome. He is so intense and his hand gestures are exaggerated. This also comes through in his exaggerated movies. Also with other movie directors, you hear them sometimes talk about their other interests/hobbies. With Tarantino, he ONLY talks about movies. Very Asperger's trait. Not that it's a bad thing, I love his movies and he seems very intelligent. Just interesting that he might be an Aspie.

  • "they make the choices that they make"

God this guy is a fucking idiot, whats worse is that he has tricked people into thinking his "movies" are actually good. LOL everyone I have met who likes his films are the most boring, mediocre people, with not an ounce of personality.

Really think about it, his movies are so stupid, yet Tarantino just says there good and hoards of mindless morons automatically assume they are.......LOL @ them

  • @overhang88 His movies have a very distinct style to them, I'm sure you think that in order to have a good movie you need explosions and slapstick comedy right? that sounds pretty mediocre to me. I like his movies because they are not the same as every other fucking movie that gets put out there, and they are not special effects and hollywoodness. Not only don't you see that, which would be fine you might just not like that kinda shit, But fuck you for saying that people have no personality

  • @acdc10133 No I despise cheesy actions and slapstick comedy. However I despise Tarantino's films much more. They do not have a distinct style. People only go for them under the "assumption" that they are good. Seriously, watch one of his films closely without going into it with the premise that it will be good. You will find that the plot is dull and the story is simple. The acting is the only thing that saves some of his films. Don't get me started on Inglorious Basterds, worst film ever made!!

  • @overhang88 No. people are VERY used to movies having a "beginning - happy ending". and his movies are not like that. you gotta learn how to appreciate different types of movies and histories. tarantino movies are not the "typical american movie" so dull and boring

  • @LuisRamirez666 You may not realize this but there is actually a world outside america, in this world there are some fantastic films that far exceed most films from america. Pulp Fiction is not good, it is not a movie that can be enjoyed, it is a movie that you are supposed to watch so that you can think you have some form of taste and appreciation for movies, you only like this for the good feeling you get thinking that your personality has some sort of depth, really you are just mindless

  • @overhang88 You're quite ignorant if you believe that you can tell other people what they enjoy and why. Surely you understand that other people may see something in the film that you don't?

  • @overhang88 hahaha. your trolling fails

  • @overhang88 Coming from the guy who capitalizes and uses LOL i dont think you're allowed to call anyone stupid.

  • Bit didn't Marcellus get buggered anyway? hahahahahaha

  • @drummakid101

It's like watching Rock 'N Rolla and not knowing what the painting looks like. It leaves mystery to the plot.

  • I like how he said Butch 'screwed' Marsellus. Now, when Marsellus got *actually* screwed, apparently that paled in comparison to Butch's betrayal.

  • A total fucking genius.

  • AFTER MARCELLUS WALLACE FINDS OUT JOHN TRAVOLTA IS DEAD ON THE TOILET, HE WILL COME BACK AFTER BRUCE WILLIS, NO MATTER HE SAVED HIM FROM THOSE FREAKS IN THE BASEMENT

  • @cemaz No, he won't. Because he knows it was self-defense. Also, he's probably more angry at Willi's character, since if he hadn't failed, he wouldn't have gone through what he did.

  • One Question, Quentin?

What the fuck is in the Case!?!?

I need to know before I die!

  • @drummakid101 its marcellus wallace soul

  • @drummakid101 gold

  • @drummakid101 A light bulb.

  • @drummakid101 Quentin left that a complete mystery. Its purely a generic plot device. A "macguffin", if you will

  • @drummakid101 The diamonds from Reservoir Dogs

  • @drummakid101 Don't you watch community? Inside the case is a certificate of authenticity and a light bulb.

  • That's one thing I love about Quentin: he can talk forever about his work, or probably any topic, and throw insights at you that you might never have considered.

  • When he made Pulp Fiction... He made a great moral decision.

  • I wonder what he was thinking when he wrote the scene where Marcelos (cant spell his name for the life of me) Wallace get's sodomized.

  • quentin can never say something without moving his hands about

  • i have seen all but one of his movies

  • @ReadMyCommentBitch which one?

  • F*cking Legend!

  • Man, the way he broke down the choice Bruce Willis made etc. - That is some very interesting morality weaving / profound consequence. What a guy.

  • QT is an astounding writer / director.

  • marsellus wallace sold his soul to satan!

  • Bravo!

  • Fantastic! Real talent and a real artist that never censors himself! So many people take his work at face value and never probe any deeper to find the motivations and meaning.

  • @richiebabe24 that is sooo true

  • This is cool. Actually for some stupid reason I never really noticed how Bruce Willis did get away relatively unscathed, and how that most likely has to do with him saving Marsellus.

  • yeah he has an incredible mind. and a total film fan. love his work totally.

  • that just blew my mind
