I looked up the 14th amendment on wikipedia and it said the amendment was proposed on june,13 1866 and ratified on july,9 1868 by three-fourths of the states. Whats up with that? Is it true or not.
The purported 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution is and should be held to be ineffective, invalid, null, void and unconstitutional for the following reasons:
1. The Joint Resolution proposing said amendment was not submitted to or adopted by a Constitutional Congress per Article I, Section 3, and Article V of the U. S. Constitution.
2. The Joint Resolution was not submitted to the President for his approval as required by Article I, Section 7 of the U. S. Constitution.
3. The proposed 14th Amendment was rejected by more than one-fourth of all the States then in the Union, and it was never ratified by three-fourths of all the States in the Union as required by Article V of the U. S. Constitution.
The 16th Amendment was also claimed to be legally ratified. You should see the history and fraud behind that one.

I would like to see the drawing-up of a legal document to be signed by every American citizen. The document would declare that the signatory has a moral, political and ethical objection to the presence of the Federal Bank. The signatory would make it clear that unless the entire Federal apparatus is dismantled, the signatory will refuse to pay Fed taxes, disobey Fed laws and refuse to comply with Fed regulations.
Here's something else for you think about; Were the 'people' a party of the constitution? Were the ones that wrote the constitution elected by the 'people' to represent them? What if the constitution was written by a group of men for themselves as protection, it might explain why only those who have some family links to the 'founding fathers' are in high levels of government. The 'person' as a corporation goes back much further than 1933 by a bout a century at least.
