"Terrorizing the injured." An appropriate statement. Every workers compensation scheme in North America is crooked. Once injured and suffering permanent disability they will do everything in their power not to pay you. At least in the U.S. I believe you can still sue for fraud against you, but in Canada that legal right has been removed completely from injured workers. Good luck with your battle.
