you can use manaphy as well! No need a password or something

Just Beat all high scores on Gyarados' Aqua Dash and then manaphy will be yours

you need to get a green berry as reward for each pokemon on Gyarados' Aqua Dash.Perhaps you have to finish the whole game first like i did.Im' not sure if you can get manaphy early
