To the guy on the bottom...yes this car can take a gallardo easily...already been done...its such a beautiful car and very worth the price...i do have to say that when riding in it i feel the 415 hp is underrated.....
In my opinion, the world's best sports car; most reliable, balanced, amazing, classic, well engineered, demanding, discrete, and rewarding to drive. If only I could own it... By the way, how wonderful this car looks surrounded by german music, german landscape (I guess) and our twisted european roads. With such a marvelous car, there's no need to smasth the throttle across the highway like most idiots do. The real challenge seems to tame it trough narrow old roads.
I believe it's an option on the Euro market GT3's. Not available (from factory) for the US market GT3's. I don't think its "blended", it's clearly visible in the rear half of the interior on cars so equiped.
Yes the 911 GT3 is the best car for a day to day utilization. He seems to me, it's the great Mister "Walter Rörhl" who pilot in this video. He is always one of the best pilot all over the world... great lesson of driving on a road !!! Mister Rörhl...
I like CGD2007's comment there!! you'd be suprised how easy that powersliding is to do in one of those, I have a 350Z with less power and it's always sideways... on the track of course.
Still A lot more money tied up in a GT3, you need big balls as well as a big bank balance hehe... Germans eh?
Great Video! I just feel that this latest GT3 is much more impressive in terms of obviously power but the design overall is more appealing to me than the GT3 of 1999. I mean you can't drive this way on the slopes with the '99 GT3 but with this latest GT3, it seems like it has more grip and great control. Is walter rohrl the one test driving it on this video?
look at how flat that thing stays...absolutely amazing...just amazing...and ohaleceiffel...i'm afraid that if any of us "normal" people tried to drive any car like that...we would die...pretty fast...especially if yours is just an s and not the widertracked c4s...i consider myself a damn good driver (as most men do of course)...but there is no way i can powerslide around a corner doing 70mph on a downslope...and not die...haha...just not gonna happen
That guy was making the GT3 his b*tch

"Schnick Schnack" means rubish you don´t need. Like air condition or electic windows...

'That Guy' is Walter Rohrl. Former World Rally champion ('80 and '82). Now Porsche's lead test driver.

Thanks. I agree. I'll take my GT3 without the Shnick Shnack. I think I'll use his Shnik Shnak for my ringtone.

I reckon with that music, the driver had to be wearing some kind of cape.
