I heard that the amount of evidence against this guy is humongous. The FBI did not want to provide their evidence because of the upcoming criminal proceedings. If Blagojevich is very innocent and pleading to give him a chance to present his side of the story then why hasn't done so instead of talking about it. After snubbing the proceedings when they started Blago was in New York doing his media blitz. Now that he knew he was going to lose his job on that day he comes to the Illinois Senate talking nonsesense about impeaching him over the good things he has done and allowing him to tell his side or bring his witnesses to exonerate him.

Criminal justice departments NEVER release info on ANY evidence on ANY case until a trial can commence and the evidence can be reviewd by a jury. GO TO LAW SCHOOL. So now after all the whining around, he's decided to come "foward", to complain that he did not receive a fair treatment (trial) and he wasn't allowed to present any "witness" (evidence).... An IL Senator, when asked by Chris Matthews on Hardball last night, could not list ONE criminal offense proven to have been committed by Blagojevich. Obviously this was a confusing rush to judgment which may end up in a huge embarrassment for the Illinois government.
