I don't think that everything can possibly be clear about who he was since there still remains such a large discrepancy between those who condemn him as a criminal and those who believe he was an unselfish angel. I had to do some looking into it myself to override the stigma that the media placed on him as I was growing up. All I heard was the jokes. My research has led me to disagree.

He lived a life with many ups and downs, but will always be remembered as being the greatest entertained of all time. Although I recently just started listening to his music after hearing it on the radio (before his death) I absolutely loved it. I went home and downloaded many of his other tracks and instantaneously fell in love with him and his soulful music. He was an inspiration to all current R&B and Hip-Hop artists. He, however, will always be remembered as the greatest.
