you didn't even tell the manager how this person was supposedly rude. No offense but I would not take this complaint seriously. "he got an attitude" does not tell the manager in detail what he can correct his employee on.
You should call... ask for the manager... then he asks if there is a problem... and you tell him that they took WAY too long to connect you to him... XD!
If he says something along the lines of "Is that it" you say... "YEAHHH, so what the fuck are you gonna do about it?"
