@MrMGD92 what I would give for Marco to cook that once more. He should do it in one of his Knorr videos that'd be the ultimate testament to his skills, so long as he doesn't use stock cube to season
@Arnatuile11 Yes waching him cook in those 80s videos is fasanaiting,You hear the other chef in this video say it takes a real skill to bone out a pigs trotter perfectly,well Marco looks like he could do it in his sleep.It's a shame he dosen't make more of those videos of him cooking as a professional chef instead of promoting something.
