@InsultToIgnorance my ultimate motive for making tutorials is for all of you to learn to read music. labeling notes is counterproductive, and abets a dependency.
I made three fun and easy lessons to get you started. once you understand the logic, the rest you can figure out on your own.
@bbdhrggl i do understand that, and personally i found it an incredibly useful tutorial! i am simplystating that i think for people who are looking at this video, because it is pretty the only one of its kind, who do not necessarily understand the piano would of found it a bit more useful to have the tutorial with notes in it, thats all:)
The intro was comprehensible, but thats about it.... I give you credit for trying though! When your teaching right hand only in a tutorial, don't play the left hand (at least not as distinctively...) beacause that draws the attention away from the right. It was very hard to try to even relate this to the actual song. I say though, the into was easy to understand.
I personally benefited from this video. After watching it a few times, I was able to play the song pretty well. (I am no expert at piano.) Thanks for the video!
