Stirrup dance tights and can be found at any dance store. The ones she is wearing are probably built into the costume. You might be able to find rhinestone dance tights or nude shimmer dance tights and get a similar look. Try looking at discount dance supply or some other online dance store.

Beautiful dancer and beautiful drum solo. Reminds me of a classic drum solo where the dancer really expresses her individuality, dancing to the rhythms and music, not just convulsing to every single accent in a pop and lock gymnastic demonstration. I especially love the Aida Nour seated shimmy... didn't think anyone else could make that look good. Mercedes is never cookie cutter and her fans love her for it.
