One thing to realize is an officer has a right to command anyone to stay in or get out of a vehicle during a traffic stop. The cop is in control of the stop, not the violator. Also, she was resisting his commands, so she was lawfully placed under arrest. She did not comply with him, and more injuries happen from going hands on. The tazer is more painful, but less injuries occur this way. Believe it or not it's safer for her and the cop.

The first responders in his case shot him with 2 laser guns in his chest and back and when that failed to kill him one of the first responders drop kneed him in the throat and beat his face to a pulp with the handle of his laser gun. One thing to realize is an officer has a right to command anyone to stay in or get out of a vehicle during a traffic stop. The cop is in control of the stop, not the violator. Also, she was resisting his commands, so she was lawfully placed under arrest. She did not comply with him, and more injuries happen from going hands on. The tazer is more painful, but less injuries occur this way. Believe it or not it's safer for her and the cop.
