yea i rember man and dam you improved but there are couple thigns wrong man.
1.keep your kickin leg it the same position and bring you left leg towards the right to lock it in dont move the right one.
2.when you are kicking dont kick to far out because your gonna lose speed and momentum always do little pumps and always as soon was you kick bring legs back in.
3. use your shoulder keep punching and moving shoulder to keep the momentum going faster
