KOF isn't just about combos, your level is way too low to understand their moves that's why you can't tell what's going on in this match, all your judgement was merely based on combos, and thats lame and shallow. even the beginners can learn crazy combos in a month.
Not saying Japanese are the best in this game, but Manhattan Chinatown lvl is way off compare to Gosho's lvl. And combo is the basic element, if u judge skills just base on that, you ar retarded.
Japanese players cannot compare with the Chinese players from the rest of Asia. Power is in the East.
Manhattan Chinatown players are not bad but they should go play other games as King of Fighters is also not a recognised game in their American small-event EVO anyway.
Japan is on a higher level in like every kof game except maybe 98 and 97...and even in the case of 98, China has like 3 players that are better than Japan's best, but those Japanese players are better than the rest of the chinese population. And even then, it is questionable what Dakou or Xiaohai can do to 777.
Huh, Emil's comments are gone... Also, on Dustloop, it's even said that the top players don't really attend Tougeki too often. Once in a great while, you MIGHT see someone like Woshige walk along or something. : P
Also, I understand what he was trying to do, he was trying to jump over his opponent and command grab. That's fine and dandy, but not only did he miss, he made it really, really obvious he was going to do it.
No, I understood what happened... I just don't understand WHY it happened is all... For example, why'd he just try to cross his opponent over out of nowhere during 1:00? Was he gonna go for a grab against BILLY KANE by doing this? A lot of it was predictable too and they could have HIT those light jumps often because of how much they were being used by pressing A. And every time the Benimaru player would use his ducking D which could be hyper hopped over and punished... That's why I'm confused.
at 1:00, he misjudged the spacing for a normal jump attack, he wasn't trying to crossup. Right before Clark jumped, Billy did a f+A, which made him move forward a bit more than Oogosho thought he would.
Not all standing A's work as anti-airs...it isn't a universal concept for all characters.
Punishing crouch D assumes you predict it is going to happen and hyper hop it. Talking about it after it has already happened is different than figuring out when it is going to happen during the match.
I didn't say he crossed up, I said he crossed over. Meaning he tried to jump over his opponent. Also, from the positioning of those hyper hops, a lot of them were pretty punishable Emil : S. Also, he used crouch D a lot, it was hard not to predict it was going to happen. I mean, I've seen this stuff done a lot better than other plays man and Tougeki is really mainstream, but not all the best players come there. If you watch Tougeki Guilty Gear matches, almost none of the best players are there.

@Emillll that is wrong, mate. We called Dakou, Xiaohai and ChengLong are SSS+ level. So far as I know, there are 20 more players above SSS+ level.

Like who? How come no one talks about them.
I know Heipi, but I think he is *slightly* lower than those guys, and on the same level as Japan's best players.

He didn't try to jump over his opponent. It's pretty easy to see what was intended with that jump.
Lol @ Tougeki not having the best GG players there. Eh actually, they do. You couldn't have been anymore wrong about that one, among other things.
Oh btw, nice job trolling.
