I was about to say what you said except cornstarch is best mixed with cold water because it dissolves faster and there are no lumps...great!

Ummm and unusual cooking method. Typically, you would cook the onion, garlic and ginger together first. Slightly microwave the broccoli as they are hard to cook through in a stir fry. Add all the veges to the onion/garlic/ginger and stir fry. Add all the sauce to the stri fry except the corn starch. Mix the corn starch with water then gradually stir into the stir fry until thick. ............... enjoy
