  • doesent the picaso trigger fish bite the lionfishes fins?

  • will that fit in 45gal

  • u should nt feed a trigger live food

  • i just puked a little

  • your snowlfake eel massive

  • where did you buy your flagtail grouper?

  • its not healthy for them beautiful fish to eat goldfish !!! use home reared saltwater feeders !!!! fresh water diseases are bad news for saltwater fish !!! beautiful fish though !!

  • cute fish!

  • Wow, can the goldfish even survive in salt water?

  • for about ten minutes

  • THIS IS REAL STUPID

  • SO IS YOUR MUM

  • i heard its not good feedin saltwater fish food from fresh water... ie goldfish

  • no not freshwater in general just goldfish.. they have high iron in them. which is not good.

  • piasso trigger?

  • Does that grouper have HLLE?

  • He was a flagtail grouper. it's normal for their coloring to change from red to white markings when they are angry or feel aggressive. very cool fish.

  • Goldfish: I thought coral reefs was heaven! BUT ITS HELL! gets eaten by trigger

  • damn google and the stupid ass copyright laws. it will never do anything

  • that huma is a sick fuk

  • Your production was well done! good choice of song too!

So to recap - the trigger is a piglet!

the eel is a bit slow (faster than mine though)

and the lionfish went without ...

If ANYONE is reading this without seeing it - it's worth checking it out!

  • how long do feeders last in a marine tank? like if they weren't eaten?

  • goldfish and minows dont last long and usually die within 10 minutes. mollies can switch over to saltwater and guppies im not sure of.

  • i like how you put them together! but do they fight or try to eat eachother?

  • is it true that picasso triggers grunt?

  • assasins! brutal fish.. righ ther

  • people who make videos like this are stupid fucking assholes who should not keep animals.

  • then dont watch these videos. simple as that

  • Nice Radiata. I ordered one but it refused to eat then died a few days after arriving at the pet shop before I even picked it up. Where did you buy yours? Did you have any trouble feeding it?

  • lol one fish doesnt have a tail!

    great vid!!!!

  • just a matter of time before your fish all get internal parasites

  • oops my mistake I see it's just a feeder goldfish :)

  • hey..at 2:13 is that a pacific candy basslet??

Considering it's small size, I didn't think it could live with so many predatory fish like that!

  • nice vid but lose the music

  • i think that previous comment was right about the size of the feeder its huge compared to the size of the fish/eel in your tank try silversides they work great

  • i love picasso trigger fish

  • your fish are way too small for those feeders try giving them the smaller ones they will eat them in one bite not take them piece by piece like they are doing right now, and also they won't dirty up the tank with blood or anything like that. They are 9 cents each thats what i feed my fish.

  • Battle of the salwater meanies and freshwater angels (Not angelfish)

  • How did you make the goldfish live in saltwater tank?

  • i love your snowflake eel i love the way she has that white mouth

  • nice lion

  • hi

what is name of this fish : RED culor?

    please tell us

  • V-tail or flagtail grouper. His color changes to a deeper color. Very cool.

  • because of this video i went out and bought a v-tail grouper.

he turns a deep red and its awesome but he's also extremely aggressive

  • Hole in the head much? that grouper has it bad. do you ever do water changes? I can tell your levels are probably horrible because that feeder fish is way to big for those guys.

  • 1:24 haha

  • cruelty

  • Does the picasso trigger show no interest in the lionfish?

  • very irresponsible. that tank even looks way to small for all that is in there!

  • the goldfish is everyones bitch!

  • i feed my eels goldfish on ocasions and they are just fine no problems but thats not all i feed them frosen brine shrimp and silversides also make up their diet nice fish

  • They weren't fed exclusively on goldfish. They were fed mainly homemade food which was a mix of raw shellfish and non-oily fish. The homemade food was supplemented with krill and mysis. It appears horrible because it's not exciting to video them eating their regular food. It's good exercise for them to chase goldfish and these fish are predators! They were very well taken care of and we now have a spectacular community reef tank instead.

  • It is sad that many fish are raised just to be fed to other fish, but sometimes you need to supplement predators with live food...

  • Do you realize what you are saying? What about all the live animals raised for the sole purpose of human consumption?

  • what's your point

  • lol whoa the goldfish is still alive after being half eaten.

  • how could you be so cruel to that poor fish? what is wrong with normal fish food? that is just sick

  • thats nature you dumb fuck. let me guess you are another teen liberal who is brainwashed by PETA.

  • telldathoe.

    nice tank

that is the coolest triggerfish there is, and also hella cheap if you get a baby.

im gunna have a 50 gal freshwater soon and when i start saltwater im gunna get a bursa triggerfish baby, humu picasso triggerfish baby, and a porcupine puffer baby, and maybe a few other less exiting fish like some cleaners for my tank.

the reason i want to is because all of those fish have the same preferences when it comes to temperature, salt, etc.

  • I added the Maglife system to my tank and I love it. The maintenance is now near 0.

  • whats a maglife system?

  • that sounds like a kickass system. its for saltwater and fresh or what?

    whats the pricetag.....?

  • Goldfish are really bad for eels and they shouldnt be used consistantly with any fish. Nice tank and fish.

  • Better watch out!! Freshwater goldfish are bad for eels!!

  • pretty retarded, goldfish contain many pathogens and shouldn't be used to feed your fish...what a poor diet, i feel sorry for your fish

  • nyze

  • i almost have the same fish as you...a common lionfish, a picasso, and a snowflake eel...but i might be getting a foxface lo...what is your red fish he's cool

  • Huma huma nooka nooka! nice eel too. Out of my goldfish feeding days but canned clams and baby shrimp are cheap.

  • its called a Humuhumunukunukuapuaa you idiot. At least spell it right. Enough prople say it wrong.

  • why would you want a peaceful reef safe fish with a moray eel(not reef safe). Lionfish(not reef safe). and a grouper (not reef safe)

  • it won't be my first tank i all ready got one but im just a kid i only got 13 so that is why and I already now some fish i can have with the eel like a surgeon or a hawk and a squirrel fish []--------- but how ever thanks

  • hey i need help that may be you can give me i hope you do im planing on salwater tank but i don't now if an eel or a reef tank with some clown fish flame angel mandarinfish damsels you now a REEF

  • You mention 1 eel, and then several other reef fishes. I suggest poking around on a website like reefcentral or saltwaterfish . com and see what type of tank you'd like to start with.

  • I'm amazed ur picasso trigger doesn't beat your lionfish to death! Triggers love to eat the spines of urchins and lionfish. How long have you had them together? I have a clown trigger and semicircle angel in a 15gal quarantine tank, and they don't get along at all. It's usually the angel that wants to pick a fight, but the trigger just bites his fins. Hehe. As soon as I get my 100gal tank, I'm sure territorial behavior won't be a problem then.

  • The picasso looks to be only about 6 inches or so still. Give it another year or so then see what happens.

  • Dude your gay! Do you even know what the hell your talking about? @

  • ??? Mind telling me what bit was wrong?? If ya gonna talk shit atleast have some facts to back it up. Your 16 so im guessing you dont know shit.

  • And 100gal isnt big you will still get territorial issues when that are full sized. I wouldnt even want to keep 2 fish that both grow atleast a foot in a 100g.

  • They were together for well over a year. The picasso never bothered the lion. The picasso didn't like it much when the flagtail grouper swooped in and swallowed food whole - goldfish included - and didn't leave much for the picasso.

  • Are you sure that's a flagtail grouper? I surfed the net and the pics i've seen aren't as stunning as yours. Damn! I want one!

  • They always look better than the pics

  • Predator Tanks Rock !!! Super nice Lionfish!!

  • what fish is that sweet red colored one

  • That one lil fishy in the middle was cornered by two of them!

  • dude have u seen my video i have killing clownfish carnivouris tang cannibal cardinal assasin triggerfish and a mentally retarded damsel for real and a mini eel type in humu humu feast

  • you dont have any videos

  • Of course, it's nature, but the fact that you said you "do it for show" is disturbing. I'm not just talking about the Goldfish. He is taking small bites because he doesn't like it, and he doesn't like it because it is not in his diet. I'm amazed you still have him. It's a good sign you don't feed him goldfish on a regular basis, but more frightening that this means you do it strictly for entertainment. Wow. What a sick mind.

  • i have mixed compatible fishes like sailfins humu humu's cardinal and eels u can pretty much u can put any fish u pretty much want

  • Scary shit, ill stick to tame freshwater fishes that look normal and like to eat frozen food~ The poor goldfish must have been in a shitload of pain!

  • triggerfish owns goldfish lol he shoulld be named goldfish assasin

  • hahaha 2;14 it looks like the fish is singing the song

  • nice job with mixing compatable species, i have a snowflake moray. if i plan to get a picasso or huma huma will it get along with my snowflake?

  • haha huma huma???

    its humu humu...

dey might be da sate fish but dere dumb as hell...

  • Feeding saltwater fish with goldfish can cause them liver diseases

  • hey what is the (latin)name of that big red fish?

i am interested for putting one of that kind with my volitans lions and black ear moray eel

  • Cephalopholis urodelus, Cephalopholis urodeta they are the latin names

  • Apart from the cruelty to the goldfish, I thought live goldfish were much more expensive and of much less nutritional value for marine fish than a lot of frozen foods.

  • Very true. Goldfish aren't the main food in their diet. They mostly ate frozen or fresh meaty chopped seafoods. The radiata was a little finicky so we fed goldfish to make sure he was getting his fill along with frozen foods.

  • you should name your triggerfish goldfish assassin he owns goldfish

  • Snowflake morays are tha coolest, geah

  • Using goldfish to feed a saltwater tank. You're not the brightest fella are you?

  • nice tank

  • Great fishtank but I still question why you feed live goldfish. Apart from the cruelty aspect they're just not a good food for marines. Better off with a range of frozen/fresh seafood and veg. It's just a waste of time... unless you do it for fun which is a bit worrying.

  • That's a nice looking radiata. If I don't get a volitan, I think I'm going to go for one. I actually preffer the colors in the dwarf radiata species over the bigger volitans. Very cool!

  • Nice tank. Erratic, repetitive editing, but a nice tank either way :)

  • how much do these fish cost? the tank? filters? someone throw me a frickin bonefish here

  • marine fish range anywhere from $15 to $1000. These species usually go anywhere from $40-250. A 100gal tank (minimum needed for these fish) will run you anywhere from $400 used glass to $2,000 new acrylic. Complete gear, another $250-700ish used/new.

  • i never knew trigger fish eat meat!DAM that trigger eats alot

  • i'm setting up a 90 reef and planning to have a picasso (humu humu) as the main fish but i'm reasearching heavily, hearing it never works, and then finding out many people can sometimes do it successfully. not sure yet

  • Get a blue-throat trigger instead. Actually, get a mated pair. They are the most peaceful triggers and nearly completely reef safe.

  • What's that one called with the big kissy lips? Picasso? meh. I saw one that looked like it but 100 times bigger and it had some kinda brain lobe.

  • That grouper has some serious HLLE.. Otherwise, great tank! How does the Trigger and Lion co-exist? Does the trigger ever bite the lion's fin tips?

  • The picasso had been in the tank for 3 yrs before the radiata was added as a juvenile. Picasso tested him a little the first 2 days but then they left each other alone. A clown trigger that was the same size as the picasso was added in at the same time as the radiata so he was the main focus of the picasso. I can only recall 2x when the radiata tried to stick one of the other fishes with his fins but it looked half-hearted to me. I wondered if the other fish knew the radiata was poisonous?

  • I want to get a snowflake moray, but don't know much about them, can you give me a site or something with info?

  • Nice, I got a snow flake moray too.

  • <3 picasso triggerfish im getting one soon to go with my yellow tang foxface and 2 flame angels

  • nicely done... great vid man

  • how long have they been in together? and do they still get on?

  • They were together for 2 years. Unfortunately, the lionfish is no longer with us, he succumbed to a parasite infection we got from a new fish. The picasso is 4 years old and still in great health!

  • how big is your tank?

  • 100 gallons

  • The picasso was in the tank long before the lionfish. They never bothered each other. He was a radiata lionfish and was very laid back and cool.

  • hey i am setting up a 400L tank and want a lionfish and picasso trigger but i have heard they dont get along well. how do you find yours go? also what order did you add them to the tank?

  • How big is your tank?

  • 100 gallons

  • i think this was terrible and think what a freak you must be to enjoy watching this, i hope you don't have kids?

  • Oh come on! It's goldfish for crying out loud, not kids (although I would hope you don't eat kids)Please try to understand that animals eat others to stay alive.

  • animals eat other animals to survive- they don't make movies of it as entertainment. Don't try blaming nature for your ugly personality.

  • Wow, crazy...hope goldfish isn't the main part of their diet...it's like cigarettes.

  • They eat frozen food most of the time. Sometimes fresh food and occasionally, the goldfish. It's just for show!

  • Cool video. The moray is the kindest one- gobble gobble. The triggerfish is sadistic! Little dainty bites.

  • thats well cool youve got to put more vids up maybe concentrating on single fishes or the eel hes the best

  • OMG! You have a picasso triggerfish! <3 I'm so jealous! Great video :D
