    looking a lot more pumped mate, will be using this in the near future wen im cutting 10kg myself..

    i would to to ask however what tanning product do u use?

  • @hayden0790 Hey Hayden, I prefer to get out in the sun and get a natural tan. It's up to each person if they prefer to get a fake tan or natural but I prefer natural. A lot depends on skin type so if your skin is pale, then products are a better option. If going out in the sun, then be sensible and don't burn. Good luck with cutting up and let us all know how you go.

  • @hayden0790 Cheers. Thanks for following. I use a tanning machine once every 3-4 weeks to keep my colour. I don't recommend using the machines often...moderation is the key. Always be careful and get advice on your skin type before using.

  • Wow Pj! I just watched all your videos and you look fantastic! You are very inspiring! I lost 15kg and looked fantastic but over the past year I put it all back on and feel like shit! I know the right things to eat, the right exercises - it's just trying to stop the cravings. Hopefully I can get back on track in a short time. Look forward to your documentary. :)

  • hey pj i am 18 years old and am currently overweight and 220 pounds. i do excercise somewhat regularly but my biggest problem is overeating junkfood. its just so easy nowadays to get in my car and drive to the nearest fastfood restraunt you know? what do u recommend to keep my mind off of the fast food? how did u do it?

  • @hustln4life You need a goal that you will commit to. Find the real reason for losing weight that works for you and inspires you...then don't let yourself down. It's mind over matter a lot of the time. Keep going!

    I lost around 10kg last spring so I was in quite good condition as the beachtime came. Since then I've gained around 2-3kg of fat I guess and some muscle since my strenght has increased abit. Would guess 'lean-gains' also works for some, and it's so much easier to get back in condition for next beachsesson.

  • @Briax89 Thanks for the comment. I agree with you on the point that once you get in shape, it becomes easier and easier to cut up if you put on a few kg over winter etc.

  • your body is all stretched out I hope your skin can get as tight as it once was. Your body looks like it should - someone who lost a lot of weight - your belly button sags a little, and everything is kinda lopsided...

  • @charsock123 All back to normal...I did notice that my skin took longer to tighten once I reached my goal weight.

  • @rey3782 Thanks! For cutting, get rid of cheat days altogether and go for it! The more strict the better. Once you reach your goal, you can be more relaxed with your eating habits.
