  • Hi danmoller ! I have sent you a message regarding Scriabin's long library some time ago. You can check it out when you have some time!

  • Holy shit, that was great!

  • Awesome!

Where can I download the piano sheet for this?

    Thanks in advance!

  • *Stands and begins to applaud*

AMAZING!!!! the absolute best ive heard on youtube..

    BRAVO!!!!

  • fantastic! best cover of WCP l'd heard on youtube, slow and fluid.

  • Great vid man. Im glad you actually play it slow, cuz it makes it easier for me to find the notes. Cuz I cant read sheet music so I play everything I know by ear. So this helps me out a bit.

  • I'm glad you didn't ask me for the sheet, cuz I don't have it XD.

  • @level27xrock I would recommend starting, it is very easy and immensely helpful. You know you're playing it right every time.

  • a little slow.

but imo its the best version ive ever seen in youtube. plp use to play TOO MUCH FAST. and if ive to choose, i'd preffer with a slower tempo.

    congrats

  • @arabest52 Fail stfu.

  • This is the best rendition ever of Wood Carving Partita! It`s just perfect!

  • Awesome! It's really hard to see someone that respects the tempo like you did in this song, you can keep up with the intensity.

    Gratz man, really enjoyable!

  • Dont know why...I like your 1st version lol

  • Okay awesomely played, but dear god tune that piano!

  • wow someone who actually takes time to pay attention and play it at the proper tempo and with attention to phrasing! you must not be asian. Those little bastards just like to play as fast as they can until it sounds like a bunch of incomprehensible garbage.

  • @sjwright76 LOL amen man, fuckin asians.

  • I honestly think this piece sounds better at a slower tempo. I'm actually learning it now ^_^

  • Nice, nice, nice!!!

  • ow amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is definitely the best rendition of this song!

  • It might be rough sometimes... But still, is the best version I have seen in Youtube... At least the closest one to the original version...

    Good work son...

  • Whenever I hear this song in Castlevania, I feel so aristocratic. Anyway good job. 5 stars.

  • Maybe You have got sheet music? Or maybe You could provide me with a link to get it? Thanks.

  • smoothly, just great.

  • Amazing!! that's my fav Castlevania song ever and you nailed it!! Great job!!!

  • congrats. you're pro, man.

  • Wonderful interpretation, but you sound very harsh with the playing that it destroys the flow of the music. Given that the song is actually quite tender at most moments (despite the harpsichord), it should sound light and flowing.

Also, you should try playing without the pedal.

  • gotta agree

  • kick ass song

  • very good man

  • I would love to hear you play some more SotN music!

  • great play!

can u send me the sheets btw???

  • 30 out of 5 stars! Your timing is excellent, I can tell the practice you put into it - you love the original theme at least as much as the rest of us! Congrats, and keep it up!

  • i have finished the sheet music

    it is a video response

its not exactly like this, but its a good try :D

  • wasnt this the library level in sotn?

  • 6/5 stars. i just love this particular music on the game.

  • Well played, danmoller.

  • hey guys, im working on sheet music for this.

message me if you want to try it =D

  • I don't mean to bother you.., But... Have you ever thought about making sheet music for this? This is the only arrangement I like. Sorry. Thanks.

  • I heartily agree!! Bring on the sheet music!

  • great job man! im subscribing you!

  • why in the hell don't any of these wonderful remakes have mp3's come on people stop taunting us and make some damn mp3s nice

    NICE JOB XD

  • very good.muy bien!

  • can u make sheet music for this?????

  • Pretty please?????

  • Great. Could you make another? how about dance of pales?

  • It is a bit slow but its probably so people can comprehend the notes better. It has a wonderful flow with a slower tempo, I think.

  • I think he wasn't being nice =p

  • very nice!

    I love this song.

  • Could you translate, please?

  • @danmoller LOL

  • @danmoller arabest52 is criticizing every available facet. the composition, the narrative, and your playing. it's all skill you just... wouldn't... understand..........

  • @midinerd ;)

  • @midinerd Yeah.....I really dont understand .... lol

  • Exelent

It's been forever since ANYBODY has heard something so good.

  • Excelente version para piano.

  • grrrrrrreat

  • are there books flying around in your room yet?

  • I think they are playing Castlevania...

  • lol my room is a library practically. im glad there arent any flying in here

  • good one!

  • a little slow but perfection, good job

  • 0:50-0:56, great. A most relaxing version of WCP, with this piano sounds like the music from a old black & white movie.

  • this is a original piano for this great clasic music OF the great game good!!

  • Goodness me! I play by ear as well, and you're really great! I've seen a lot of shitty recitals but this is REALLY GREAT!

It's a bit slow, but it's really alright. The tempo actually brought out your accuracy and faithfulness towards the original piece!

    Well done!

  • Great work dude !!

Can you tell where did you get the sheet music please.

  • This music you can hear in the Long Library .

I love this game I know it like the back of my hand. After I completes the 200.6% I have to go back and start over.

  • I think it's because the music =p

I was that way too, completed over and over.

One with no armor nor equipment.

And killed Galamoth using Richter (not using the knife throwing cheat)

  • tempo is a little bit slow but

YOU ARE IN My FAVORITES!!! ;)

  • mui bien! bravo!! exelente!!!

  • Eso estuvo increible, tendras las notas por ahi guardadas? :p

  • você usa ou escreveu alguma partitura?

    por favor!!!

    parabens, btw

  • I agree with some of the earlier posters, that adding just a touch of more tempo would make it much more expressional. The first movement (intro) is supposed to be played with some "sluggishness" in some parts (especially the trioles), but starting from 0:27 (in the OST version), the tempo clearly increases, but you keep the same tempo.

    Skillful playing nevertheless !

  • Absolutely amazing!! I'm just blown away! Sounds wonderful...please continue to play...it's just amazing!

  • This is THE best version of Wood Carving Partitia I've heard so far. Great work!

  • it's not dragging. that's how the song is played. it's genius.

  • I just listened to the original again. True, it's about the same speed, but I still feel it's too slow. Without the full arrangement with strings etc., the piece sounds way better just a little faster than this. Then it truly stands on its own as a great piano piece.

  • although the original is a bit faster, i`d stick to this one: the slower speed makes it easier to hear all the chords, you can appreciate how subtle is this song.

apesar do original ser um pouco mais rapido, eu prefiro essa versao: por ser mais lenta, fica mais facil escutar todas as notas, pode-se perceber o quao complexa e bela e' essa muscia.

  • Great, but too slow in my opinion. It's important not to play this piece too fast but here it just feels like it's dragging.

  • way better than before

    good!

  • I'm trying to find an accurate score for this piece, or at least a MIDI file, but so far what I have found is very inaccurate. So I can't learn it.

  • Yeah u improved it!!! You play beautiful, full of feelings. Congratulations!!!!

  • The Best Wood Carving Partita on the Internet, ever!

Thank you so much for sharing it, 5/5 without a doubt!

You play so accurately, you really put hard work in this one, and it's my favorite.

  • Nope, the piano is the same. It's the player and the câmera who got tuded [:P]

  • yeah this one is way better!!!

the tempo is slower much like the original and i think the piano is tuned this time.. ^_^
