  • OMG thank you so much!!! im just learning how to sew and i have to make a tutu thing for my halloween costume and i needed to change it to purple thread. the only difference between our sewing machines is that yours has red on it and my thread holding is horizontal

  • Thank you

  • the music is too loud so it makes this confusing because i cant hear you

  • This Singer {3343c} was a fairly good model. In fact, any Singer made up to 1990 was pretty good. Not as good as there metal machines from the 1940's to the late 1960's. But anything made after 1990 is just plastic junk that should be avoided like the plague! Now, you should redo this tutorial and leave out the music {very distracting} and please talk slower.

  • this was very confuseing

  • This video was very helpful to me. Thanks for the editing and the close ups, very to the point!

  • you chose crappy music and daft editing over proper instruction, explaination and content. Total rubbish. To blazes with your "how to" video

  • @mumpump

    haha u sound like stewie : D

  • good video for this season

  • whats with the 80's music?

  • @4bumblebee4

    Some of us are old.

  • Thank you soooo much!!! I just got a new Singer as a gift from HSN, but had NO idea where to start. You made step one so easy ;)

  • It is not helpfull, you go fast and you cover the machine with your arm most of the times.

  • this tutorial was not helpful at all. first of all, you're moving way too fast and as a beginner I couldn't follow along. I didn't even know what you're talking about. video sucks!

  • the music is annoying. i can't hear you talk!

  • Are Brother machines better than Singer machines?

  • would like to learn to thread my singer sewing machine. This video would have been great, but the music is to loud, so I can't understand what the lady is saying:O(tigercrazylady

  • gracias me sirvio de mucho GRACIAS ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

  • thank u so much

  • your awesome thank you so much

  • Your machine is very simular to mine can you make a video on how to hem mens pants I am die to learn how to use my 6212C machine

  • I will put that on my list of requested tutorials, sounds good!

  • what about the bobbing case? what happened to that? thanks

  • I have a tutorial about the bobbin case loading and one for winding the bobbin.

Also look in my favorites for bobbin tutorials by other users.

  • Continuo sin saber como hacerlo!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thank you. My sister-in-law passed away and I've come to be the new owner of her singer 3343c. This was helpful. I'd love if you had a diagram/video on oiling this machine because I have no manual and it seems difficult to get this info online.

  • I've seen copies of the manual on sale sometimes. Try ebay or google.

That sounds like a good video, though, so I'll put it on my to do list. Thanks for the suggestion!

  • not a good video....

  • I don't know if this applies to my singer....

    Mechanical compared to what? automatic,etc..

  • Mechanical compared to computerized. No auto loading or auto threading on this "old reliable" machine. No programs to increase your learning curve, just you and a sewing machine!

  • thanx

  • YW. Happy sewing!

  • For some reason I can't learn with this music playing WTF

  • Rats, sorry!

  • It's OK :) good instructions tho :)

  • that was soooo useful! applied exactly to my ANCIENT hand wound singer... now I jjust need to figure out the bobbin bit

  • Happy sewing!

  • thanks cuz it really helped

  • You're welcome! Thanks for leaving a comment!

  • thanks , very helpfull

  • thank you so much for this video!

  • You're very welcome!
