For anyone having some trouble building the nerve to get past the pit, DO IT. it took me a while but the rest of the game IS SOO WORTH IT. The "critters" imo surpas the dwellers for fearsomness, so go on through the game and see what im talking about!

oh man, thats the scariest part of the game. you have to imagine that u re riddick and repeat to urself inside: "these mutherfukers dont knot who they fucking with" and keep running and keep running! dont stop! XD )))

The first time in the pit, I just stood there and continued shooting all the freaks coming out of a tunnel, because of the funny noise they do while splattering XD.. then I realised that there seems to be no end of them and I started walking... found the pope pretty fast... I must admit I almost shot him at first sight because he looked like a zombie boss-monster XDD

@EpicD00M did you play the remake one? cuz what I am seeing here is that they ve really shortened the new version. in the new one, you dont have to find the valve to open the door. its already up there and all u have to do is to run for that doctor guy.

Its just not creepy but damn hard as theres little amunition, ure worried about light turning off, you have no clue about where the fuck to go and the shock of seeing this little creepy bastards. This is the only part where i have died lol, also when i got out dark tunnels i just had 1 shotgun shell left and i was like thank god if i had run out of ammo i could have never gone up the stairs because these fuckers dont let u when they attack you.

Ugh, 30 seconds into this level and I already had enough of it...

It's dark (I fucking hate dark levels, I wanna be able to see properly if I play something), you've got a time limit on your flashlight (BIG no-no in my book), I just lost all my ammo and other guns due to that mofo guard (not to mention my FUCKING SHANK :( ) AND it seems like there's no end to the little freaks coming at you.

Major turn-off... oh well, I hope I can return to sanity after I make it out of there :P.

...harder, because shortly after, he gets catched, stripped off his weapons, his DNA removed from the database and he gets sent down into the mines. Riddicks former butcher bay cellblock compared to mines was like a hotel.

I hate the pit,every time I buy or rent a goddamn game there is always some chapter or part where there is mutant/zombie/aliens,everytime

I'm playing the one packed in with Assault on Dark Athena for 360, and teh wheel is already on the thing, is it supposed to be different? Also, my shotgun laser reticle is green... Oh, and something funny: I couldn't kill Rust with my shiv, and I tried like 10 times, so I resorted to messing around and trying to beat him down with my brass knuckles. And It actually worked!!! This game is awesome
