*[your password] is defined in the server.cfg in the line "rcon_password"

If it says your server is not responing you can try to:

Go to samp and download Samp server 0.3c over again, and add it to the folder with the Game mode. While you do that make sure that you choose to keep both files.

If It says retriving info BEFORE you enter the server:

You must run the Samp-Server thing, and not close it. Then you can enter your server if its 0.3c or as same as gamemode, (wich means you must compile)
