I miss Sam Kinison so much. he's truly one of the funniest comics that ever lived. He's a lot more funnier than some comics of today. Sam Kinison lives forever and with the way he sang in that Rodney Dangerfield special back in '89 always makes me laugh.

I wonder how Sam & Rodney would tackle today's political issues. I understand talking about Islam and the terrorist attacks are sensitive, but would they both not give a damn and spew their usual routine? Or would they adapt to the sensitivities and avoid it?
As you'll notice from my list, many of my choices might be considered vulgar. But comedy is often at its best when it has sharp edges, and many of those people on the list were pros at that. Also, they made you THINK while making you laugh - imagine that! And they may use a fair amount of profanity as a whole, but profanity alone does not make a comic vulgar - it's how he/she constructs the joke. As George Carlin proved, you can joke about ANYTHING if you make the right exaggeration.
NOBODY could scream like Sam and make it sound that fucking hilarious. And Sam and Rodney together...holy shit, that's great stuff! Those two were in another league of comedy altogether. My personal top 10 favorites, in no particular order:

I used tohave the complete recoeding of this its called open nite at rodneys place HBO 1989 and i gotta say the whole lineupis hillarious when i was a kid we used to watch it over and over who ever put this up if you can put therest of it would be way cool.
The best part about Rodney and Sam is that whenever they enter a room, a club, a scene in a movie, you just naturally smiled because you knew something about to be funny.
Rodney really loved Sam, too. That healthy guy-way of course. Kinnison was hilarious as the Ghost of Christmas Past on "Married With Children" with Al Bundy. :D

I used tohave the complete recoeding of this its called open nite at rodneys place HBO 1989 and i gotta say the whole lineupis hillarious when i was a kid we used to watch it over and over who ever put this up if you can put therest of it would be way cool.
