I certainly remember visiting the Hilton Valley Railway as a child, We used to stop off there on the way to the SVR at Bridgnorth. Am really glad to see it is being restored, just a pity that it will never be open to the public again.

And I'm pleased that I've seen this video because the web-site doesn't seem to have been updated since 2005, and I was worried it might have stopped completely!

I well remember the old HVR back in the early 60's, along with the Black Horse pub nearby. My brother and I used to visit on a Sunday afternoon. Fond Memories. However I never see how it could have been resurrected because there are houses built where the original station and car park were. Black Horse pub has gone to.
