Pure geometry and physics. If you listen in class you will be able to do this. NOW go back to doing Home work. There are certain points and angling to be able to do the trick shots. It's like when you spin a basketball of your hands. If you spin it back to you it will come back. Same thing happens here if you hit it in a certain spot it will curve. Took him years to do all this and if your still not satisfied then you need to do some more learning. GEOMETRY AND PHYSICS.

Well I agree the song is sort of annoying but eh, whatever. No on topic: All of these are real. Depending on the way the ball is hit, both where the tip of the que is, the angle and the power, you can cause a ball do curve, jump, spin or almost anything. Pool sharks know all about this, and if you took physics, you would know that all of this is possible as well. Now whether he actually did it... I think he did. Must've took forever to learn it though.

The types of shots he's using are jump shots and/or masse shots.The better the felt on your pool table and the tip of your cue the more "curve" you can get... but of course you would need to know how to do it. There are no magnets used. It is called masse. Usually this technique is used to only slightly curve the cue ball but if the cue is used at an extremely downward angle, very dramatic spin can be generated.
