In this case, I agree with what Voltaire said, when he said "I do not agree with what you have to say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it." To the guitarist and bongo drum player, I would recommend that you go to class, bathe regularly, and take some music lessons.

No, that's not what I meant. I can deprive you of your civil liberties. The people in the video are depriving someone of their right to free speech by preventing that speech or drowning it out.
However, that is Constitutionally and ethically acceptable. It's just the same as if I went to a KKK rally with 50 of my friends and sang peace songs to drown out their hatred. If this person wants to be heard, then they need to speak more loudly. That's how freedom of speech works.
