Yes, that´s the tuning I used! It is a whole step down from standard E.

It all depends on the format and bitrate you record at. Try changing the settings of your recording program or convert the file into lower quality after recording (there are programs for that, converters). I think my file was 80 megs or something when I uploaded it.
