Vibrato is often used as a crutch by singers who cannot sustain a difficult note for more than a second or two. She obviously doesn't have Tarja's vocal range and she knows her voice will crack if she tries to sustain those notes cleanly. ie-iee-iee shit. My fav Nightwish song bastardized. :/

In the beginning I hated Anette but the more I hear her sing it becomes very clear to me that

there is no way she can match Tarja BUT there

is ONE thing that Anette does way better than

Tarja and that is singing a lot more cleare

meaning that you can understand the whole text

of the song a thing that was often very hard

to do with Tarja singing.

let me start with anette has a nice voice and sounds really good on the new album but i cant help it when i think that she really shouldnt be singing the old stuff (except for ever dream and a few other songs) because of the extreme power needed to hit and carry the note in the way tarja did (ex end of dead boys poem Fantasmic 3)

The proposal was pretty cool, you rarely see this anymore at concerts. Its nice when bands are willing to do things like that. This was a great show. Anette was flawless on all songs, and I don't care what anyone else says about her. She can sing, if you don't have anything good to say, than keep it to yourself please:).
